Tell us your business problem and we turn it into a brief our village can answer.

We come back with the names of the people who can answer it, matched on market, category and seniority.

We handle the recruitment, the briefing and the honorarium, so you only need to turn up to the conversation.

One-to-one sessions with our founder Jess Tang on a topic of your choice, from a market to a career move.

Sessions with selected experts from our village who live and work inside a specific market, craft or scene.

A change in how you think or work, not just more information, from someone who has lived it.

We pair your brand with an expert from our village to make a product, a collection or a piece of content together.

We host dinners, talks, pop-ups and workshops with the people who shape a scene, in the places where it gathers.

We make films, editorial and social series with local voices, so your brand feels natural in each market.
